Amanda oporta - Community dementia network
Amanda Oporta, CDP, CDCM, SSD is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Dementia Care Manager with a background in Social work, Program planning and Medical Administration. Amanda has over 20 years of experience in Dementia Care and is the state lead Dementia Friendly Indiana Communities. She has been Positive Approach to Care (PAC) certified since 2017. In her role she spearheads the development of dementia friendly communities across the state, advocates for better care and support for people living with dementia and oversees several programs, including the Dementia Friendly Care Partner Development Program and Dementia Friendly Business Trainings.

Diana matthews - Rural dementia network
Diana Matthews, CDP has worked in the senior living and long-term care industries for over 15 years. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner who is serving as the Program Director at the Rural Dementia Network (RDN) through the ADRS, she is responsible for client consultation and counseling, community and professional education, outreach, professional collaboration and consultation, and service coordination and development. She also manages the grant that sustains the RDN. She co-leads Dementia Friendly Lawrence and Orange County.
